1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bagh platform and all its services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the platform operator and registered users.

By accessing the bagh website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

bagh reserves the right to change or amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. The date of the latest update will always be shown at the top of this page.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services on the bagh platform, a user must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Operate only one account in their own name.
• Provide accurate and verifiable personal information.

2.2 Registration Process

All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. bagh may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled, and any associated balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Giving third parties access to your account or transferring your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify the bagh support team immediately.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the bagh platform is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

Once a deposit is completed, the balance is added to your account automatically. If you experience any payment issues, contact the support team. Every deposit must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's name.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit — that is, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.

Before submitting a withdrawal request, make sure any active bonus wagering requirements on your account have been met. Withdrawals will not be possible from accounts created by minors or using false information.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

bagh takes a firm stance against money laundering. If suspicious transactions or unusual financial activity are detected, the relevant account may be temporarily suspended for investigation. Information about the source of deposited funds may be requested.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning ৳30,000 in wagers must be completed on a ৳1,200 bonus before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may use each offer only once.
• A bonus is not a financial entitlement — it is a platform benefit that may be changed or cancelled at any time.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
• bagh may apply game or category restrictions to specific bonuses.

4.3 VIP Cashback

The bagh VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%), and Diamond (up to 1.0%). Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses. For example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Placement Terms

Once a bet or game session has started, it cannot be cancelled — the user must accept the outcome. bagh's decision is final regarding any game session interrupted due to technical issues or loss of connection.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using any software, bot, or automated system.
• Strategically offsetting bets against each other in order to take advantage of bonuses.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or using a third party's funds.

5.3 Technical Errors

bagh reserves the right to correct any incorrect balance or result displayed due to a technical error. Any funds received as a result of such an error are not owed to the user and will be reclaimed.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Control

bagh believes that gambling or betting is a form of entertainment, not a reliable way to earn money. Following our responsible gaming policy, we encourage users to set their own limits.

Users may apply deposit limits, session time limits, or self-exclusion on their accounts. If you feel you have a gambling problem, contact the bagh support team immediately. Any account found to belong to a user under 21 will be closed.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicious activity related to fraud or money laundering.
• Using bots or automated systems for gameplay.

8.2 User Rights

A user may request to close their account at any time. If there is a remaining balance before account closure and no active bonus conditions are in place, it may be withdrawn.

bagh is not responsible for money lost through betting or gaming. Users use the platform at their own judgement and at their own risk. Consider your financial situation before making any financial decisions.

11. Mobile App Usage

The bagh Android and iOS apps are available through official channels. The same terms and conditions apply to downloading and using the app. Downloading the app from third-party sources is a security risk, and bagh will bear no liability in such cases.

12. Changes to the Terms

bagh may update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be sent to the registered email address or displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Entire Agreement
